1. Fare Display & Accuracy

All fares presented on Airwings Holiday are derived from real-time data sourced directly from airlines and suppliers via the RateHawk.com platform.
Airfares are dynamic and subject to fluctuation based on seat availability, yield management strategies, demand, travel dates, and market conditions.
The fare displayed during the initial search is indicative and not guaranteed until the booking process is finalized and payment is successfully processed.

While we aim for 100% accuracy, the final fare is confirmed exclusively upon ticket issuance.

2. Composition of the Fare

The total amount payable for your ticket generally comprises the following components:

Base Fare: The fundamental price of the ticket as established by the airline.
Taxes & Fees: Mandatory government taxes, airport security charges, and carrier-imposed surcharges.
Service Fee: A booking or administrative fee applied by Airwings Holiday to facilitate the reservation and processing services.

Flight prices remain subject to change until the moment payment is confirmed and the ticket is issued. If a fare changes during the booking workflow, you will be notified and required to confirm the new price before proceeding. Once the ticket is issued, any subsequent changes, cancellations, or refunds are strictly governed by the airline's fare rules.

9. Confirmation of Final Fare

The total amount payable is explicitly summarized on the payment page. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted the total fare and all associated terms and conditions.
